Shipping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Bloodline has multiple carriers to get your new gear to you as soon as possible. By offering both domestic and international services through our carriers such as DHL, TNT/FEDEX and SENDLE, we are able to service worldwide. Your shipping methods and options present themselves at checkout with live rates and shipment times.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, Bloodline ships worldwide. Simply add your order to your cart and checkout using your desired address for live shipping rates and delivery times.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Dependant upon your location timeframes vary, but will be presented at checkout. Please note, given the current COVID19 pandemic, shipping times and methods may vary. Bloodline is shipping as usual, and our normal fulfilment timeframe is between 1-2 business days to ensure your products are dispatched as quickly as possible. Once your order has been packed, it is collected by the shipping courier and you will be notified via email or SMS with your tracking number. For any delays during transit we recommend reaching out to the carrier for more information.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS/DUTIES ON MY ORDER?
Customers ordering from bloodline.com that reside outside of Australia may be subject to customs fees/taxes based on the rules and regulations of your location. For more information about whether or not you may incur additional import fees upon delivery please check with your customs and border protection department or your local customs office. If you are required to pay a customs fee and refuse to pay, the parcel is generally returned back to Bloodline, and a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. We unfortunately are not responsible for these additional charges as they vary from country to country.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know that your order is on the way. A tracking link will be included within the email. Please note that tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. For Blood members you'll also be able to check the fulfilment status of your order through your account on the website and find your tracking information there.    

Payment Information

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Bloodline currently accepts Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal and Gift Cards as methods of payment. We accept all of the following cards - Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Paypal is also available providing you a quick payment method by logging in through the paypal link, offering you the best protection for your details and purchases. If you're lucky enough have a gift card you can enter these details at checkout.
CAN I VIEW PRODUCTS IN A DIFFERENT CURRENCY?
You can select to view our products in another currency using the dropdown menu located on the top right side of the site header.

Orders and Returns

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
We highly recommend becoming a blood member and setting up an account as you will have access to discounts and products before anyone else, which is key with limited quantities. However, you can always checkout as a guest without setting up an account.
CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we're unable to make changes to the order. This includes:
  • Changing the item/size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding other items to your order
  • Shipping address/method

As we're pretty quick at packing your order, it's hard to make such amendments. If you have just placed your order and realise you've made a mistake please contact support/customer service straight away and we may be able to help you out. Unfortunately after processing, you will have to follow our usual returns procedure.

Please note that if you input the incorrect address, we cannot be held accountable if your order goes missing and we will not be liable for any refunds or replacements to your order.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Another good reason to become blood. When you have an account with us you'll have access to more information about your order and its processing status. You'll be notified by email or SMS as to whether or not it has been dispatched. 
WHAT IF I'M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure we can have this resolved for you:
  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you didn't receive

Our customer support team will be in touch to help resolve any issues. Please note that all claims of missing items must be made within 7 Days of the delivery date. 

WHAT IF I'VE BEEN SENT THE WRONG ITEM?
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure we can have this resolved for you:
  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you didn't receive
  • The name of the item you received in its place
  • A clear photograph of the item you have received.

Our customer support team will be in touch to help resolve any issues. Please note that all claims of orders arriving with an incorrect item must be made within 7 Days of the delivery date.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return a product for exchange or refund. Simply visit our returns center and enter your details as prompted. Please note Bloodline will only accept returns under the following conditions:
  • If items are returned unworn/unwashed
  • Items must be returned with original labels attached.
  • If items remain undamaged, unsoiled, unscented, or unaltered.
  • Bloodline will not approve returns for discounted items 20% and above, which are considered final sale.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days from the time of approval (excluding shipping and handling fees), and will be issued back to the original payment method. Please note customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs. For health, safety and hygiene reasons please note that the following items will not be approved for return:
  • Face Masks
  • Underwear & Swimwear
  • Fragrances
  • Socks

Bloodline reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds and returns.
